Cleaning Process from Entrecard
In order to have quality entrecard network, the entrecard have started to clean the blogs sites which do not obey the Entrecard rules. The following are the rules

1. No nudity: Entrecard, and its members blogs, are generally family friendly. Blogs with images containing nudity are not permitted. This includes nudity in advertisements.
2. English only: Until we develop the infrastructure necessary to facilitate non-English language blogs, English is the only language allowed in Entrecard.
3. Minimum 5 posts: Blogs with no posts, or less than 5 quality posts written within the last 3 months, will be removed.
4. Content must be original: Reproduced content does not provide the specific qualities we are looking for in the Entrecard network. This includes both sites that use legitimate reprintable content such as “free articles”, abstracts and public domain content as well as illegitimate, illegal content such as stolen content or scraped feeds. Duplicate content, such as posts that appear on two or more blogs belonging to the same person is also unacceptable.
5. No full-screen ads or popups: Blogs that include full-screen ads or popups will be removed. This includes any popup window that appears when the site has finished loading or when clicking to view an article. It is OK for links to display a popup window if the user clicks a link, e.g. FeedBurner email subscription, but popup ads or forceful messages asking people to subscribe without clicking anything are intrusive and therefore not allowed.
6. No illegal file downloads: Blogs that link to illegally shared files, such as music, movies or software, will be removed. By “illegal” we mean content that you do not have the right to distribute. Linking to free, legal music and software is permitted.
7. Entrecard widget must be present: Including the widget on your site is a requirement if you wish to participate in Entrecard.
8. No redirects: Sites that use a redirect (such as tinyurl links) as the URL on their account will be deleted.
9. No duplicate accounts: If you have more than one account for the same blog, the duplicate account will be deleted.
10. URLs must be valid: Sites with URLs that do not work or are wrongly typed will be deleted.
11. No autoplaying audio: This includes music that plays automatically when you visit the page, or short audio ads that come up unannounced.
12. Content must be recent: Sites that have not been updated in 3 months will be removed.

I received a mail from paypal stating the following:

We have been diligently working with the RBI and our business
partners to resume Indian bank withdrawals for the thousands
of Indian businesses who depend on PayPal to sell their goods
or services in the global marketplace.

Today, we are happy to announce that the RBI has allowed us
to continue local bank withdrawals for settlements for exports
of goods and services. We are currently making changes to
comply with Indian regulations for settlements for exports of
goods and services, and we anticipate that, as of Wednesday,
March 3rd, customers will be able to use our
bank withdrawal service.

As part of the changes, you will be required to fill out a
new field entitled 'Export Code' when you request a withdrawal.
This information is required under the current laws of India in
order to identify the nature of cross-border merchant transactions.

On Monday, March 1st, we will be back in touch with specific
instructions on how you can move your money into your bank account.

Moving forward, the RBI has told us that PayPal needs specific
approvals to allow personal remittances to India, which we
currently do not have. Until we get these approvals, personal
payments into India will remain suspended. However, if you are
an exporter, you will continue to be able to use the PayPal
service for payments of goods and services. In fact, with the
changes we are making to our system, PayPal is now set to be a
more powerful engine for exporters in India. With purpose codes
for export transactions and FIRCs (Foreign Inward Remittance
Certificates), you should now be able to get the export
related benefits you seek.

8. Managing your referrals should be easier too. Your referrals are automatically your friends; no more waiting for your referrals to accept your friend requests.
9. Mylot have incorporated a new way to earn on myLot. It's called myLot Rewards!
myLot Rewards will be given to users from time to time for simply using myLot in a natural, constructive manner. How do you know you've received a myLot Reward? A box will appear on your screen congratulating you and stating your Reward amount.
10. This is a new program, currently the only way to receive a myLot Reward is while using the new-and-improved myLot Search. Make sure to use the myLot Search box the same way you'd use Google, Yahoo, Bing, or whatever other search engine you might use. We've taken steps to identify users who are attempting to abuse the myLot Rewards program. Last month i downloaded paypal wishlist from facebook which stated that while referring friends to this wishlist we would get paid 1$ for each friend referred. In this respect, I received a mail from paypal yesterday stating that in order to accept the payment i have to sign in to the paypal account and accept the request from pay. When i did it, there is no such request from paypal. Yet I have not received any such payment.
Paypal have already mentiontioned that payment would be made only during the month of Feb. 2010. While I searched to know the status of payment on net, there are some discussion about this topic on mylot regarding paypal wishlist. From the discussions, there are many persons have received such mails and verified their account, but no one have received any such payment. According to the discussion, this may be for tracking our paypal account purposes, someone might have sent these mails to all. I think, this might be spam mails. Befare of Paypal wishlist mail
